REFORMER PILATES

Our Reformer classes are taught by experienced Pilates instructors on the Allegro 2 reformer. This is a body toning workout that is a fusion of traditional reformer and power core moves on the reformer. This class is an innovative, full body workout – strong, challenging, energising and fun. However if you are new to Pilates our instructors can tailor the class for a slower, controlled workout.

GROUP CLINICAL EXERCISE

The clinical exercise programs are perfect if you are or have been recently injured or you want the maximal individual attention.

Following an individual assessment with a Physiotherapist a customised program is created according to your goals and your needs. You will work on your specific personalised program in a small group setting under maximum supervision of a Physiotherapist. Ideal for people in pain or recovering from an injury or surgery. Our Clinical Pilates, delivered by physiotherapists builds strength, balance and mobility—the pillars of healthspan. Expect progressive programming, evidence-informed coaching, and small groups for safer, faster results. Health Fund Rebates available.

Hip and Knee
Osteoarthritis Class

We are the only clinic in the region to offer the GLA:D program. The unique GLA:D program involves exercises specifically focused on hip and knee osteoarthritis. You will train your body to move correctly, eliminate poor movement patterns, improve strength, prevent symptom progression and reduce pain. Most clients that complete the GLA:D program notice signifcant reduction in their hip or knee pain.

BETTER BONES AND BALANCE

Better Bones and Balance – The exercises in this class will slow bone mineral loss and increase bone strength, reduce bone stress by improving posture, and increase general fitness, strength and balance to help reduce the risk of fracture caused by falls. Have you had a fall or feel unstable on your feet? This class will build your balance, your strength and YOUR CONFIDENCE!
Better bones and balance is a MUST if you have osteoporosis, osteopenia, poor balance or you are at risk of these conditions.
