HOW TO SET GOALS

 

1.     Work out what it is that you want, why you want it, what you will achieve with this goal.  Set it as a high priority and attach a time frame to it

2.     Make a plan to achieve your goal

3.     List the hurdles that may stop you from reaching your goal and brainstorm solutions to each one.  Plan for the hurdles.

4.     Believe 100% that you will achieve your goal, tell people about it, remind yourself everyday

5.     ACTION: do whatever it takes be persistent and consistent. Are you doing the work.  Action gets results

6.     If you stumble or make a mistake, learn from it, grow from it and keep going – NEVER give up
