How do I book a class?

The easiest way to book and manage classes is by downloading the Loft Pilates app from the app store or Google play stores. See the links above on the Loft Pilates Website. If you are not comfortable with using apps then our friendly admin team can help you through this.

I haven’t done Pilates before – where should I start?

If you are injured or in pain you should do Clinical Exercise Program (CEP), if you are doing Pilates for fitness it is best to start with Reformer Pilates.

What do I need to know for my first class?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to familiarise yourself with the studio, fill out a registration form and meet your instructor/ Physio.
