LOFT: What do you love about teaching?
I love being able to help people achieve their goals in a fun and safe way.
LOFT: Why Pilates?
Pilates is the best form of exercise as it has so many benefits. Whether you are looking to improve weakness, better your strength and flexibility, achieve personal goals, recover from and prevent injury, become more toned, improve your mind/body connection, reduce body fat… pilates caters for it all! AND you can achieve these goals in a totally safe way.
LOFT: What do you hope your clients will get out of your classes?
I really hope that my clients find my classes an energising and fun place to safely exercise.
LOFT: Where do you love to or dream of travelling?
Europe! I went on a 2 month trip to Europe and fell in love with every single country I visited.
LOFT: Describe your teaching style:
I am always energetic during my classes and try to make them as fun as possible.
LOFT: What is your favourite Pilates exercise and why?
It would definitely be the up-stretch. It is a challenging exercise that works everything but it is very rewarding once you complete it.
LOFT: What are you reading / watching?
I am currently reading the Robert Langdon series by Dan Brown and I love watching Grey’s Anatomy.
LOFT: Who / what is your current inspiration?
Having been a dancer, I overcame many injuries. This experience is my current inspiration as it set me on my path into physiotherapy and pilates. I am inspired to help my people become better versions of themselves and live an active and healthy lifestyle.
